Scope of processing of personal data

In principle, we only process the personal data of our users to the extent that this is necessary to provide a functional website and our content and services. The processing of personal data of our users takes place regularly only with the consent of the user (e.g. when using our contact form on the website www.axiss.de). An exception applies in such cases in which it is not possible to obtain prior consent for actual reasons and the processing of the data is permitted by statutory provisions.

Legal basis for processing personal data

Insofar as we obtain the consent of the data subject for the processing of personal data, Article 6 (1) (a) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) serves as the legal basis.

Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR serves as the legal basis for the processing of personal data required to fulfill a contract to which the data subject is a party. This also applies to processing operations that are necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures. Insofar as processing of personal data is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation to which our company is subject, Article 6 (1) (c) GDPR serves as the legal basis.

In the event that vital interests of the data subject or another natural person require the processing of personal data, Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit. d GDPR serves as the legal basis.

If the processing is necessary to safeguard a legitimate interest of our company or a third party and if the interests, fundamental rights and fundamental freedoms of the person concerned do not outweigh the first interest, Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f GDPR serves as the legal basis for the processing.

Data Erasure and Storage Duration

Unless expressly stated in this data protection declaration, the data stored by us will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required for their intended purpose and the deletion does not conflict with any statutory storage requirements, in particular according to the German Commercial Code and the German Tax Code (AO). We would like to point out that data that we process for statistical purposes can be stored for a longer period of time in accordance with Art. 89 (1) GDPR if necessary.

If the data is not deleted because it is required for other and legally permissible purposes, its processing will be restricted. This means that the data will be blocked and not processed for other purposes. This applies, for example, to data that must be retained for commercial or tax reasons.

Personal data that is automatically sent to the Wix server when you access our website, or that you provide voluntarily when using Wix's own services integrated into our website
(e.g. forms) made available to us are stored by Wix, in our interest, for as long as our user account is active with Wix and we use the Wix services (e.g. the provision of this website and its content) and about it insofar as this is required by law. You can find more details under point 12 "Data backup" of theWix Privacy Policy.

Legal basis for data processing

The legal basis for processing the data is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR if the user has given their consent.

The legal basis for the processing of data transmitted in the course of sending an email is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f GDPR. If the e-mail contact is aimed at concluding a contract, the additional legal basis for processing is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.

Purpose of data processing

The processing of the personal data from the input mask serves us solely to process the contact. If contact is made by e-mail, this is also the necessary legitimate interest in the processing of the data.

The other personal data processed during the sending process serve to prevent misuse of the contact form and to ensure the security of our information technology systems.

Duration of storage

The data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required to achieve the purpose for which they were collected. For the personal data from the input mask of the contact form and those sent by e-mail, this is the case when the respective conversation with the user has ended. The conversation is over when it can be inferred from the circumstances that the facts in question have been finally clarified.
The additional personal data collected during the sender process will be deleted after a period of seven days at the latest.

Possibility of objection and elimination

The user has the option to revoke his consent to the processing of personal data at any time. If the user contacts us by email, he can object to the storage of his personal data at any time. In such a case, the conversation cannot be continued.

We check the data for legally prescribed periods for storing e-mails and their content and then delete them if the deletion does not contradict applicable law.

All personal data that was saved in the course of making contact will be deleted in this case.

Third party analytics tools, advertising and Wix Apps Market

All third-party providers are contractually bound by Wix to comply with the GDPR-compliant Wix data protection guidelines for the processing of personal data, in accordance with the Wix App Market Partner Program Agreement. These services can only process the personal data that you voluntarily provide to us via the relevant services (e.g. forms).

Google Tag Manager

Our website uses the Google Tag Manager. Tag Manager is the tag management of Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

This application manages JavaScript tags and HTML tags used to implement tracking and analysis tools in particular. The data processing serves the purpose of the needs-based design and optimization of our website.

The Google Tag Manager itself does not store cookies, nor is personal data processed as a result. However, it enables the triggering of additional tags that can collect and process personal data.

You can find more information on the terms of use and data protection under https://www.google.com/intl/de/tagmanager/use-policy.html.

When Google saves data, this data is saved on Google's own servers. The servers are spread all over the world. Most are in America.

Under https://www.google.com/about/datacenters/inside/locations/?hl=de  you can read exactly where the Google servers are located.

How long the individual tracking tools store your data can be found in our individual data protection texts for the individual tools.

Google Analytics

This website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies". These are text files that are stored on your computer and that enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

The storage of Google Analytics cookies and the use of this analysis tool are based on Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in analyzing user behavior in order to optimize both its website and its advertising.

IP anonymization

We have activated the IP anonymization function on this website. As a result, your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area before it is transmitted to the USA. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services related to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.

Browser plug-in

You can prevent the storage of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly; we would like to point out to you however that in this case you will if applicable not be able to use all functions of this website in full. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by Google by downloading the browser plug-in available under the following link and install: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.

Objection against data collection

You can prevent Google Analytics from collecting your data by clicking on the following link. An opt-out cookie will be set to prevent your data from being collected on future visits to this website: Disable Google Analytics.

You can find more information on how Google Analytics handles user data in Google's privacy policy: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=en.

order processing

We have concluded an order processing contract with Google and fully implement the strict requirements of the German data protection authorities when using Google Analytics.

Demographic characteristics in Google Analytics

This website uses the "demographic characteristics" function of Google Analytics. This allows reports to be created that contain statements about the age, gender and interests of the site visitors. This data comes from interest-based advertising from Google and visitor data from third-party providers. This data cannot be assigned to a specific person. You can deactivate this function at any time via the ad settings in your Google account or generally prohibit the collection of your data by Google Analytics as described in the point "Objection to data collection".

Google Ads and Google Conversion Tracking

This website uses Google Ads. Ads is an online advertising program from Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

As part of Google Ads, we use so-called conversion tracking. If you click on an ad placed by Google, a cookie will be set for conversion tracking. Cookies are small text files that the Internet browser stores on the user's computer. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and are not used to personally identify users.
If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, we and Google can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page.

Each Google Ads customer receives a different cookie. The cookies cannot be tracked through the websites of Ads customers. The information obtained using the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for ads customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers find out the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information with which users can be personally identified. If you do not wish to participate in the tracking, you can object to this use by easily deactivating the Google conversion tracking cookie in your Internet browser under user settings. You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics.

The storage of "conversion cookies" and the use of this tracking tool are based on Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in analyzing user behavior in order to optimize both its website and its advertising.

You can find more information about Google Ads and Google Conversion Tracking in Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de.

You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when the browser is closed. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be restricted.

Google reCAPTCHA

We use “Google reCAPTCHA” (hereinafter “reCAPTCHA”) on our websites. The provider is Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

With reCAPTCHA it should be checked whether the data entry on our websites (e.g. in a contact form) is done by a human or by an automated program. To do this, reCAPTCHA analyzes the behavior of the website visitor based on various characteristics. This analysis starts automatically as soon as the website visitor enters the website. For analysis, reCAPTCHA evaluates various information (e.g. IP address, length of stay of the website visitor on the website or mouse movements made by the user). The data collected during the analysis is forwarded to Google.

The reCAPTCHA analyzes run completely in the background. Website visitors are not informed that an analysis is taking place.
