Mixer heater
For 2K materials, we do not heat the 2K cartridges but rather target the mixing tube. This ensures that only the dispensed material is heated, preventing continuous heating of the entire material.
Some adhesives are sensitive to heat, as it affects their curing time. Prolonged heating can cause them to gradually harden.
Since the mixing tube presents a higher resistance, it is more effective to lower the viscosity by applying heat at this point. The mixing tube heater acts like a small instant heater, warming only the adhesive being dispensed.

5034 Mixer heating
Tempering high-viscosity 2K media can be useful to improve flowability and achieve a clean break-off.
Heating reduces viscosity, which facilitates processing and improves dosing quality.
