With ten years of experience in the sale of dosing technology, it became clear that imported dosing machines were often too inflexible to meet individual customer requirements. For this reason, Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Markus Stölzle decided to establish axiss GmbH in 1999. The goal was to design and manufacture our own dosing machines and dosing valves. At that time, many dosing applications still used pressure and time-controlled dosing valves.

Our vision was to develop our own mechanical design, manufacture our own dosing machines and develop our own software in combination with suitable electronics. This way, we can be flexible in meeting our customers' individual needs and providing customized solutions.

As a result of the close cooperation with our customers, it quickly became clear that it was necessary to develop and manufacture only electrically driven dosing valves. At the same time, the control system was integrated into our DiSoft software. This enables us to precisely control not only up to four interpolated axes, but also the dosing head. Furthermore, there is the possibility to integrate multiple dosing heads.

We maintain a close collaboration with leading adhesive manufacturers to provide our customers with the best support and implementation of their requirements.

Our focus is on our standard dosing machines and electrically driven dosing valves for 2K cartridges in sizes of 50 ml, 200 ml, and 400 ml. Our in-house team in software and electronics development offers tailored solutions in the field of industrialization.
