Precise dosing gun with electric drive
The e-dispenser dosing gun is an electrically operated handheld device designed for precise volumetric dosing by smoothly advancing the material piston. Its linear motion, powered by a ball screw mechanism, ensures high force and exceptional precision.
As pressure/time-controlled systems are increasingly being replaced by volumetric dosing dispensers, we developed the e-dispenser to meet this demand. In a future development phase, we plan to introduce Wi-Fi-enabled data retrieval and dosing data storage in a database, offering enhanced control and traceability.
The e-dispenser, a product of Axiss GmbH, is built on over 20 years of expertise in dosing technology. In recent years, we have developed various volumetric dosing heads for 1K and 2K materials. The e-dispenser is the result of this extensive knowledge, delivering a reliable, precise, and efficient solution for even the most demanding dosing applications.
Easy dosing for high-viscosity media
The e-dispenser offers innovative solutions for fast and precise dosing applications using double cartridges of 50 ml, 200 ml, 400 ml, 2 × 290 ml, and Euro cartridges (310 ml).
Designed for easy handling, its ergonomic design and intuitive controls make it the ideal choice for professional and industrial applications. For maximum flexibility, the four cartridge types (M1:1, M2:1, M4:1, and M10:1) can be swapped quickly and easily.

We offer the option of pre-tests, where we carefully check the properties of your dosing material.
As part of these preliminary tests, we carry out dosing with your specified quantities. We determine the tolerance of the dispensing quantity, the characteristics and the dispensing time by weighing the material several times.

The motor and the mechanics can generate a force of up to 5000 N.
This enables effortless dispensing of media with very high viscosities.
Precise
The special mechanical translation allows for precise dosing of small quantities with high volumetric accuracy. An automatic retraction prevents the material from dripping
Electric
The drive consists of a geared motor with an encoder, ensuring smooth motion across the entire length of the cartridge.
Overload is detected by the encoder.
