Cartridge spindle valve – precision for the smallest volumes
The cartridge spindle valve operates with a rotating spindle that moves the material forward in a precise and controlled manner. This technology is particularly suitable for highly viscous, filled, or abrasive media in very small dosing quantities.
The adjustable suck-back function ensures a clean material cut-off without dripping. Thanks to electric control, the valve can be optimally adapted to different process requirements.
Needle dispensing valve – a cost-effective solution for simple dispensing tasks
Needle dispensing valves can be a cost-effective alternative; however, they do not provide particularly high dispensing accuracy.
4480 Controler
The 4480 control system regulates the electric motor of the dosing valves and offers a wide range of settings, including dosing speed, volume, retraction, and more.
A digital volume display ensures precise monitoring of the dispensing process.
Up to nine programs can be stored and recalled for quick access to different settings.
Additionally, external signals such as "cartridge empty," "valve running," and "start", as well as the option for external activation via footswitch, simplify operation and automation.
