The use of electric volume dispensers makes sense when media with high volume accuracy have to be applied. The flow rate can be fixed. A set quantity is dosed. The dosing takes place evenly and independently of the filling quantity. They increase the process reliability of dosing enormously.

Cartridge stem valve
Cartridge valves are electrically operated 1K dosing valves.
The dosing material is dosed directly from a material cartridge via a spindle motor. The advantage over a pneumatic system is the homogeneous delivery of the dosing quantity over the entire length of the cartridge.
There are cartridge sizes from 3-50ml content and Euro or Semco cartridges with 310ml or 360ml content.
The smaller the cartridge diameter, the more precisely and smaller the dosage can be.
A retraction can be set on the pressure piston, which prevents the material from dripping too much.
About thesteeringthe dosing quantity, speed and other parameters can be entered.

Gear pump
Gear pumps work on the principle of displacement. The structure of our gears consists of an externally toothed gear wheel that is driven by a motor and an internally toothed gear wheel as an idler. They consist of a few components that can be easily disassembled or assembled for cleaning. The gears are precisely matched to the inner housing.

The rotating unit of the dosing needle allows it to be rotated in an infinite circular motion.
The rotary unit is controlled as the 4th axis and the interpolated gear pump as the 5th axis of the Dispensmove.
The rotational position of the dosing needle is aligned by a reference switch.

Eccentric srew
Volume dosing of low to high viscosity media via an eccentric screw. Material-friendly conveying with a volume accuracy of approx. 1%. (material dependent). Suitable for dosing UV material, silicones,adhesives, fats, but also abrasive media.
With the progressing cavity pump, the rotor moves without pulsation in a rubber-coated stator. Due to the low shear of the material, these pumps are particularly suitable for abrasive materials and materials mixed with fillers.

Needle dosing valves do not have high dosing accuracy, but they may be an inexpensive alternative.They are pressure/time controlled and therefore dosing accuracy is vulnerable to changes in ambient temperature.They are suitable for dosing low to medium-viscosity media.
