Gear pump and cartridge spindle valve
Electric volumetric dispensers for accurate dosing
When precision in volume accuracy is paramount, electric volumetric dispensers are the ideal solution.
With the ability to precisely set the delivery quantity and achieve accurate dosing, they provide consistent results, regardless of the fill level.
This reliable process significantly increases the safety and quality of your dosing.

Cartridge spindle valve
Cartridge valves are electrically operated 1K dosing valves.
The dosing material is dosed directly from a material cartridge via a spindle motor. An advantage over a pneumatic system is that the dosing quantity is uniformly delivered over the entire length of the cartridge.
Cartridges are available in sizes from 3 to 60 ml, as well as 310 ml Euro cartridges and 90 ml and 180 ml Semco cartridges. The smaller the cartridge diameter, the more precise and finer the dispensing can be.
An adjustable retraction on the pressure piston prevents excessive dripping of the material. Dosing quantity, speed, and other parameters can be entered via the

Gear pump
Our gear pumps operate according to the proven principle of positive displacement.
The design of the pumps is based on an externally toothed gear, driven by a powerful motor and an internally toothed gear as an impeller.
These pumps are highly efficient and easy to maintain due to their construction, consisting of only a few easily disassembled components.
The precision of our gears is precisely matched to the internal housing to ensure optimal performance and the highest dosing accuracy.

2540 Gear pump V- dosing
The rotating unit of the dosing needle allows it to be rotated in an infinite circular motion.
The rotary unit is controlled as the 4th axis and the interpolated gear pump as the 5th axis of the Dispensmove.
The rotational position of the dosing needle is aligned by a reference switch.

1K dosing heads Progressive cavity pump
The volumetric dosing of low-viscosity media is achieved through Progressive cavity pumps, ensuring gentle conveyance with a volume accuracy of approximately 1% (depending on the material).
This method is suitable for dosing materials such as UV materials, oils, and more.
The Progressive cavity pumps are characterized by the fact that the rotor moves pulsation-free within a rubberized stator. Due to the low shearing of the material, these pumps are particularly well-suited for UV materials.

Needle dispensing valve
Needle dispensing valves may provide a cost-effective alternative but don´t offer particularly high dosing precision. As they are controlled by pressure and time, they can be susceptible to fluctuations in dosing accuracy when environmental temperatures change.
They are suitable for dosing low to medium viscosity media.
