2540 Gear pump - Dosing tip
The rotating unit of the dosing needle allows it to be rotated in an infinite circular motion.
The rotary unit is controlled as the 4th axis and the interpolated gear pump as the 5th axis of the Dispensmove.

Our gear pumps operate according to the proven positive displacement principle and ensure precise, consistent material flow. Their design is based on an externally toothed gear driven by a powerful motor, and an internally toothed gear as a follower.
Thanks to their sophisticated design, our pumps are highly efficient, durable, and easy to maintain . They consist of only a few, easily disassembled components, allowing for quick cleaning and maintenance.
For optimized dosing, the 2K gear pump can optionally be equipped with a heater to warm the material and facilitate processing. A cost-effective alternative is the mixing tube heater, which heats the material directly in the mixing tube.
The precise coordination of the gears with the inner housing ensures optimal performance and maximum dosing accuracy, even in demanding applications.
