For individual requirements and applications
Special dosing machines such as the Proxima series are designed according to customer requirements and built with the required work areas. Axis systems from 1 to 4 axes can be implemented here.
The special dosing systems can be equipped with light barriers or safety doors, needle sensor, Z-height sensor, purging units, camera systems, etc.
Since the hardware, electronics and software were developed at axiss, we are also able to use the DiSoft software with additional customer-specific program options, e.g. Legs customer database, RFID, barcode reading,
operator registration, etc.
One of our new axis system developments consists of linear axes with a position measuring system.
This enables positioning accuracies of 10 µm to be achieved.
