2K - Electrovalves
Our 2K electrovalves are ideal for the precise dosing of two-component materials from 2K double cartridges. Spindle motors have the advantage over pneumatically controlled valves that acontinuous, precise procedure The pistonis possible. The mixing ratio is achieved via the geometry of the cartridges. The mixing ratio is limited to M1:1,M2:1,M4:1andM10:1.
There are double cartridges with a capacity of 50 ml, 200 ml, 400 ml. With the 2K dosing valve for dosing from 2K DUO cartridges, a spindle pushes out components A and B in parallel via guided linear rodsretreatthe material in the cartridge is relieved and prevents dripping.
Thefolding mechanismenables easy changing of the cartridges. About thesteeringparameters such as dosing quantity, dosing speed, etc. can be entered.
The use of electrical volume dosing makes sense when media with high volume accuracy have to be applied. The flow rate can be fixed. This set quantity is dosed. The dosing takes place evenly and independently of the filling quantity. Some of our 2K valves have oneHeatingfor the mixer or valve head. In this way, media can often be dosed better and more easily by increasing the temperature.
A simple and inexpensive way to heat the material in the mixing tube is to use a mixing tube heater.
2K casting compounds are usually low-viscosity, i.e. very liquid, so that they can flow well into gaps. This can be problematic, as the dosing medium often continues to flow even though dosing has already stopped. In this case, that closes shut-off valve the outlet of the mixing tube via a small shut-off valve. Only this comes into contact with the 2K material and can be easily replaced.

For dosing glue and applying thermal paste.
Electric valve for dispensing from 2K DUO cartridges. The spindle motor presses out components A and B in parallel via guided linear rods. The material in the cartridge is relaxed via a retraction and thus prevents dripping. About thesteeringparameters such as dosing quantity, dosing speed, etc. can be entered.

2K volume dosing
The 2K gear pump is used when 2K media with high volume accuracy have to be applied from 200 ml or 400 ml DUO cartridges. Two separate gear pumps are driven by a single motor via a connecting shaft.
The mixing ratio is determined by the pump size, resulting in three possible mixing ratios. The flow rate can be adjusted. A specified amount is dosed, then the gear pump switches off automatically. It can also be switched on and off via an external switch.
