2K Electric valves
Our 2K electrovalves are ideal for the precise dosing of materials from 2K double cartridges.
Compared to pneumatically controlled valves, spindle motors enable continuous, precise piston operation.
The mixing ratio is determined by the geometry of the cartridges and is limited to M1:1, M2:1, M4:1 and M10:1 .
Double cartridges with a filling capacity of 50 ml, 200 ml and 400 ml are available. Our 2K dispensing valve for dispensing from 2K DUO cartridges enables components A and B to be pressed out simultaneously using a spindle that operates via guided linear rods. The material in the cartridge is relaxed by retraction, which effectively prevents dripping.
The folding mechanism or simple insertion allows for convenient changing of cartridges.
Parameters such as dosing quantity, dosing speed, etc. can be easily entered via the control system .
The use of the 2K gear pump is particularly useful when media must be applied with high volume accuracy. The delivery rate can be precisely set and this pre-set quantity is dosed uniformly, regardless of the cartridge fill volume. The 2K gear pump can optionally be equipped with a heater. TIncreasing the temperature enables improved and easier dosing of the media. Another cost-effective option for heating is the use of a mixing tube heater, where the material is heated directly in the mixing tube.
In most cases, 2K potting compounds are low-viscosity, allowing them to flow well into gaps. However, this can pose a problem as the dispensing material often continues to flow even after the dispensing has stopped. In such cases, the outlet of the mixing tube is closed by the shut-off valve using a small stopcock. Only this component comes into contact with the 2K material and can be easily replaced.

2K Gear pump
The 2K gear pump is used for precise dosing of 2K media from 200/ 400 ml DUO cartridges with high volume accuracy. Two separate gear pumps are driven by a single motor via a connecting shaft.
The mixing ratio is determined by the pump size, resulting in four possible mixing ratios. The flow rate is adjustable. After dosing a predetermined amount, the gear pump automatically shuts off. Additionally, it can be turned on and off using an external switch.
