Our container emptying systems enable the complete pressing out of liquid and pasty dosing media from small containers – for a reliable and consistent material supply to dosing valves.
Specialized in small containers
axiss offers tailor-made solutions for emptying Euro cartridges (310 ml) as well as Semco cartridges with 90, 180, 360, 600 and 900 ml contents. Our systems are optimally tailored to the respective original containers.
Level sensor : Detects an empty cartridge and displays the message “Cartridge empty”.
Quick change : Thanks to the folding mechanism, the pneumatic cylinder can be swung to the side.
Versatile : Ideal for supplying dispensers, gear pumps, needle dispensing valves and other dispensing systems.

The pressing is done via a pneumatic cylinder.

The extrusion force is individually adjusted by the cylinder pressure.

The cylinder piston can be extended and retracted using a hand lever valve.

A pneumatic safety switch automatically interrupts the compressed air supply when opened.

A vent tap allows cartridges to be changed without trapping air.

A sensor sends a 24V signal as soon as the cartridge is empty.

Suitable for Semco cartridges with 180 to 900 cm³ capacity.

Equipped with a folding mechanism for quick and easy cartridge changes.

The cylinder is precisely inserted into the cartridge via a hand lever valve.

The pressure setting on the pressure gauge regulates the cartridge pressure and influences the flow rate.

Compatible with dosing valves such as dispensers – connections via material hose.

Double container emptying for Semco cartridges

Pneumatic double container emptying for Semco cartridges from 180 to 900 ml with folding mechanism for quick cartridge changes.

The cartridges are alternately released and pressed out via the material switch, reset buttons and control, ensuring a continuous supply of material to dosing valves such as dispensers.

The active container is indicated by a lamp. Dosing valves can be connected via the material hose.

The container emptying systems work autonomously via an internal control system and send external signals. The pressure on the cartridges and thus the flow rate can be adjusted using the pressure gauges.
