Automated and steady emptying of cartridges.

Cartridge emptying systems

Our container emptying systems are used to pressing out liquid and pasty dosing media from small containers in order to be able to dose them via dosing valves.
Common sizes for small containers are Euro cartridges with 310 ml or Semco cartridges with 90/180/360/600/900 ml content. axiss has specialized in emptying these small containers.
The container empties are matched to the original container and have a level sensor that outputs the message "cartridge empty" .
A folding mechanism swivels the pneumatic cylinder to the side to enable the cartridge to be changed.
Dispensers, gear pumps, needle dosing valves, etc. can be easily supplied with dosing material via the container emptying systems.

  • The pressing out is performed using a pneumatic cyliner 

  • The ejection force is set pneumatically using the cylinder pressure

  • The cylinder piston can be retracted and extended via a hand lever valve

  • Pneumatic safety switch automatically shuts off the compressed air in case of opening

  • Cartridge can be changed without air trapping  using a bleed valve

  • Sensor emits a 24V signal when the cartridge is empty

Semco cartridge

Pneumatic container emptying for Semco cartridges from 180 to 900 cm³  volume.
The cylinder is slowly moved into the cartridges with the hand lever.

Double Semco

Pneumatic, double container emptying for Semco cartridges from 180 to 900 cm³ volume.
With folding mechanism for changing the cartridges.

Euro cartridge

Cartridge pressure tank for dosing from Euro cartridges 310 ml. The maximum pressurization for these tanks is 0-6 bar.

  • The setting on the manometer changes the pressure on the cartridge and thus the flow rate.

Double Cartridge Semco

Double tank emptying for Semco cartridges

  • Pneumatic, double container emptying for Semco cartridges from 180 to 900 ml.
    With folding mechanism for changing the cartridges.

  • The container cartridges are mutually released and pressed out via the material switch, reset buttons and control.
    This enables a seamless supply of material to dosing valves, e.g. B. dispensers etc. possible.

  • The currently active container is indicated by a lamp. Connection options for dosing valves via the material hose.

  • The container emptying works independently via an internal control and also sends signals to the outside.

  • The setting on the manometer changes the pressure on the cartridges and thus the flow rate.​

Cartridge EURO

Liquid and pasty media emptying systems - Euro cartridges

  • Cartridge pressure container for dosing from Euro cartridges 310 ml.

  • The maximum pressurization of these containers is 0-6 bar.
    The pressure is applied directly via cartridge plugs or by means of an integrated pneumatic piston.

  • The pressure on the cartridge and thus the flow rate is changed via the setting on the manometer.
