Cartridge spindle valves are electrically driven 1K dispensing valves that deliver material directly from a cartridge via a spindle motor. Compared to pneumatic systems, this technology ensures consistent and homogeneous dispensing throughout the entire cartridge length.

 

  • Cartridges available in sizes from 3 ml to 60 ml, as well as Euro cartridges (310 ml) and
    Semco cartridges (90 ml & 180 ml).

  • The smaller the cartridge diameter, the finer and more precise the dispensing.

  • Consistent material flow without pressure fluctuations

  • Fully adjustable – Dispensing volume, speed, and other parameters can be precisely controlled via the system.
