1K dispensing valves are designed for the precise dispensing of single-component materials such as UV adhesives, other adhesives, lubricants, or sealants such as silicone and RTV. They are easy to use, offer high dispensing accuracy, and require little maintenance.The right dispensing valve depends mainly on the viscosity and properties of the material:4150 eccentric screw pump – for low-viscosity materials, e.g. UV adhesives4011 gear pump – for medium- to high-viscosity materials, e.g. silicone; enables highly precise dispensing and bead widths from approx. 1 mm4075 e-dispenser – for abrasive or filled materials such as thermal pastes; designed for 310 ml cartridges.

For 1K materials, various small container sizes are available, including 3 ml, 5 ml, 10 ml, 30 ml, 55 ml, and 310 ml Euro cartridges. When selecting the material, it is important to check whether the required adhesive is available in a suitable container size.For precise dispensing of small volumes with our e-dispensers, choosing the right container size is especially important. For dispensing volumes below 0.1 ml, smaller containers such as 3 ml or 5 ml cartridges are recommended. For larger dispensing volumes, larger containers can be used accordingly.

If the dispensing material contains abrasive fillers, as is often the case with thermal pastes, a gear pump may not always be suitable.For these applications, our cartridge spindle valves and the 4075 e-dispenser for 310 ml cartridges are suitable options.The material is dispensed directly from the cartridge using an electric spindle drive.

Eccentric screw pumps offer particularly high dispensing accuracy within our 1K dispensing systems. They are especially suitable for applications that require small and repeatable dispensing volumes.However, as with eccentric screw pumps in general, wear parts and the higher cleaning effort also need to be taken into account.

For cyanoacrylate adhesives (instant adhesives), we have developed a special dispensing concept in which the components that come into contact with the material can be easily replaced.This includes a specially designed replaceable shut-off element as well as PE tubing with Luer Lock connections. This allows components that are in direct contact with the adhesive to be replaced quickly when needed.
