For dispensing volumes below 0.1 ml, smaller containers such as 3 ml or 5 ml cartridges are recommended. For larger dispensing volumes, larger containers can be used accordingly.

If the dispensing material contains abrasive fillers, as is often the case with thermal pastes, a gear pump may not always be suitable.For these applications, our cartridge spindle valves and the 4075 e-dispenser for 310 ml cartridges are suitable options.The material is dispensed directly from the cartridge using an electric spindle drive.

For cyanoacrylate adhesives (instant adhesives), we have developed a special dispensing concept in which the components that come into contact with the material can be easily replaced.This includes a specially designed replaceable shut-off element as well as PE tubing with Luer Lock connections. This allows components that are in direct contact with the adhesive to be replaced quickly when needed.
