Video Precise dosing gun with electric drive The e-dispenser dosing gun is an electrically operated handheld device that ensures acurate volumetric dosing through the uniform movement of the material pistons. Its linear motion, powered by a ball screw mechanism, provides high force and exceptional precision. As pressure/time-controlled systems are increasingly being replaced by volumetric dosing dispensers, we developed the e-dispenser to meet this demand. In a future development phase, we plan to introduce Wi-Fi-enabled data retrieval and dosing data storage in a database, offering enhanced control and traceability. The e-dispenser is a product of axiss GmbH and is based on over 20 years of experience in dosing technology. In recent years, we have developed various volumetric dosing heads for 1K and 2K materials. The e-dispenser is the result of this extensive knowledge and offers a reliable, precise, and efficient solution for demanding dosing applications. Gallery Consulting is important ... Contact us It is important to consider the specific requirements of your application to ensure that our dispensing gun is suitable for your application. We offer the option of pre-tests , where we carefully check the properties of your dosing material. As part of these preliminary tests, we carry out dosing with your specified quantities. We determine the tolerance of the dispensing quantity, the characteristics and the dispensing time by weighing the material several times. Powerful The motor and the mechanics can generate a force of up to 5000 N. This enables effortless dispensing of media with very high viscosities. Precise The special mechanical translation allows for precise dosing of small quantities with high volumetric accuracy. An automatic retraction prevents the material from dripping. Electric The drive consists of a geared motor with an encoder, ensuring smooth motion across the entire length of the cartridge. Overload is detected by the encoder. Dosierpistole_Video Up

Dual cartridge size: 50 ml Dosing accuracy: ± 0.02 ml (material dependent) Dosing rate: 0.01 – 0.5 ml/s Minimum dosage volume: 0.1 ml Mixing ratio: adjustable Low- to high-viscosity dispensing media Datasheet Elektroventil-e-dispenser-400ml Elektroventil-50ml Our 2K electric valves are specifically designed for the precise mixing and dispensing of two-component materials that need to be blended just before application. Once the materials—such as epoxy resins or polyurethanes—are combined in the static mixer, the curing process or chemical reaction begins. 2K electric valves are ideal for the precise dispensing of materials from 2K dual cartridges. Compared to pneumatically controlled valves, spindle motors enable a continuous and highly accurate piston operation. The folding mechanism or simple slide-in system allows for a quick and convenient cartridge change. Parameters such as dispensing volume and dispensing speed can be easily adjusted via the control system. The spindle motor simultaneously dispenses components A and B through guided linear rods. A retraction mechanism relaxes the material in the cartridge and effectively prevents dripping. The control system allows for easy adjustment of dispensing volume, dispensing speed, and other parameters. 2K potting compounds are generally low-viscosity and therefore very fluid to ensure optimal flow into gaps and cavities. However, this can be problematic, as the dispensing medium may continue to flow even after dosing stops. To prevent this, the mixer outlet is sealed with a shut-off valve featuring a small stopcock. This is the only component that comes into contact with the 2K material and can be easily replaced when needed. The electric valves can optionally be equipped with a heating system to facilitate and optimize the dispensing of materials. They are especially suitable for dispensing from 2K double cartridges, particularly for materials whose workability is enhanced by heating or which can only be dispensed when heated. Contact us

Mixer heater For 2K materials, we do not heat the 2K cartridges but rather target the mixing tube. This ensures that only the dispensed material is heated, preventing continuous heating of the entire material. Some adhesives are sensitive to heat, as it affects their curing time. Prolonged heating can cause them to gradually harden. Since the mixing tube presents a higher resistance, it is more effective to lower the viscosity by applying heat at this point. The mixing tube heater acts like a small instant heater, warming only the adhesive being dispensed. Shut-off Valve 5034 Mixer heating Tempering high-viscosity 2K media can be useful to improve flowability and achieve a clean break-off.
