The shut-off tap is controlled by a compact digital servo motor and automatically closes the mixing tube outlet as soon as dispensing is complete. Our material pressure containers enable precise and reliable dispensing of low- to medium-viscosity dosing media. They are suitable for various container types, such as cans, buckets, or canisters, which can be easily placed inside the container. The material outlet (lance) in the container lid is immersed into the material when the container is closed. The lid is secured with star screws, and the container is pressurized with compressed air. Excess air can be removed from the dip tube via a vent valve. The material pressure inside the container and the material hose leading to the dispenser head can be adjusted using the pressure regulator. An ultrasonic sensor integrated into the lid detects the fill level of the dosing material in the container. Once the container is empty, a 24V signal indicating “Material container empty” is triggered.
