The 2K gear pump is suitable for applications requiring precise dosing of 2K media from 200- or 400-ml DUO cartridges with high volumetric accuracy. Two separate gear pumps are synchronously driven by a single motor via a connecting shaft.
The mixing ratio is determined by the pump size and allows for four different variants. The flow rate is individually adjustable, ensuring optimal adaptation to the application.
After dispensing a predefined amount, the pump automatically stops. Additionally, it can be switched on and off via an external switch, allowing for flexible control.
The 2K gear pump is ideal for applications where media must be applied with high volumetric accuracy. The flow rate can be precisely adjusted and remains constant regardless of the cartridge fill level.
